James Pfleger Obituary
James W. Pfleger, age 91, passed away on March 12, 2023, in Sun City West, AZ. He was born on August 19, 1931, to the late James and Rose (Kunrad) Pfleger in Chicago IL, loving Bother of Robert (Barbara) Pfleger and the late Laverne (Matthew) Ptaszkowski.. James received his master's degree at Loyola University in Chicago and received his PHD degree in education at the University of Florida in Gainesville. James became a permanent Deacon and served that role for 36 years. His Navy career of over 21 years took him to be a Full Commander when retired. James enjoyed traveling and helping others. He was a very kind and generous man.
He is survived by many loving family and friends.
Short visitation at Camino Del Sol funeral home on 3/23/23. 13738 Camino Del Sol Sun City West, AZ 85375. Hours 9:30am - 10:15am followed by a private service at Luke Airforce Base.
