Marilyn Anderson Obituary

Marilyn Anderson (8/1/1932-1/14/2022) was a loved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  Marilyn spent most of her childhood and young adulthood in Waterloo, Iowa.  After moving to Indianapolis, Indiana, Marilyn taught middle school science for twenty years.  She and her husband, Leroy, moved to Sun City West in 1992.  They were active members of Lord of Life Lutheran Church, were on a bowling league, and enjoyed traveling throughout the world.  Marilyn enjoyed crafts, painting and jewelry making classes and being a volunteer tutor.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Eileen Lane, her husband, Leroy, and son, Steven.  She is survived by her brother, Lloyd Lane, sister, Rosemary May, daughter-in-law, Carol Kramer, grandchildren, Christopher MacKenzie-Anderson and Michelle Kramer, and seven great grandchildren. Memorials requested to St. Mary’s Food Shelf or your local food shelf.  Internment of ashes will be on March 10 and will be available on YouTube.
