Richard "Dick" L. McDowell

Richard “Dick” McDowell, 82, passed away on November 3, 2023, in Surprise Arizona. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Greg) Magness; and his sister, Sharon Spiess. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol. Dick was born in Central Point, Oregon and graduated from Crater High School. In the 60’s, he enjoyed racing sports cars and was a member of the Siskiyou Sports Car Club. He later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. His favorite pastime was restoring his 57’ Austin Healey. At his request, no service will be held.
