Obituary

On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, Rodolfo (Rudy) Lozano Jr., a loving and sometimes grumpy husband and the best Father to his daughter passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 66 in Phoenix. Arizona.

Rudy was born on November 20, 1956, in Brownfield, Texas to Rodolfo Sr. and Maria Lozano.  He proudly served in the US Navy retiring after 25 years.  He received his degree in Training and Development from Southern Illinois University in 1993 graduating Suma Cum Laude.  He went on to work for the city of Bellevue in Washington state for 21 years.

On August 21, 1992, he married the love of his life, Leanne, and together they raised their beautiful, smart and talented daughter, Marissa.  She will always be his little girl.  She knows he is still chasing the moon.

Rudy was most passionate about his family, he was our provider, and our protector, for that we will always be thankful.

Rudy was preceded in death by his father Rodolfo Sr., mother Maria and brother Norberto, father-in-law Jerome Brubaker Jr.  He is survived by his wife Leanne, daughter Marissa, his sister Maria Nela and brother-in-law Gilberto, his brother Israel and sister-in-law Cindy, his sister Norma and brother-in-law Javier.  His mother and father-in-law, Mary and Tom Langill, his brother and sister-in-law Scott and Debbie Brubaker, brother-in-law Jeff Brubaker, sister and brother-in-law Lisa and Peter Mantow, and brother-in-law Joe and Christine Brubaker.  Many cousins and nieces and nephews.
