William (Bill) Stuebe, age 81, peacefully passed away on May 21, 2022, after a courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. He was born to Aurthur and Hertha Stuebe in Danville IL., on January 21, 1941. Bill attended Trinity Lutheran Elementary School, Danville HS and graduated from Valparaiso University in IN, in 1963 with degrees in mathematics and physics, as well as a MBA degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago with honors. While at Valpo, he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity, and also served as the Fraternity's President. On October 25, 1964, Bill married Judy George. Bill is survived by his wife Judy, daughters, Stephanie (Kyle) Foley and Susan (Joe) Freese, grandchildren, Kayla Foley, Christopher Foley and Collin Freese, siblings, Tom (Sara) Stuebe, John (Arleta) Stuebe and Natalie Stuebe (Powell), and In-laws, Bo (Elaine) George, Jerry (Cathy) George, as well as multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aurthur and Hertha Stuebe and infant daughter Sally Stuebe.
Bill's career of 38 years included working for multiple telephone companies: Illinois Bell, AT&T, Ameritech, and Ameritech International. Some of his favorite things were to travel with his wife and friends, work with the Sundancers, go to Disney with his family, and take pictures with his multiple camera lens.
